How to Mirror iPhone

How to Mirror iPhone Screen on your Android TV? Besides smartphones becoming the main focus on entertainment in our lives, the humble TV has taken the backseat. Though with TVs becoming smart, it is time that we combine the best of both worlds, i.e., TV and smartphones, now come up with the perfect solution — Screen Mirroring.

Whether through Chromecast or HDMI cables — these options to mirror your phone’s screen to the TV are numerous.

Nevertheless, if you own an iPhone and an Android TV, the situation becomes a bit tricky because of the apparent purpose — clash of the tech titans.

No Worry, help is on the way in the form of AirPlay. Notwithstanding the several features of AirPlay, it alone can’t pull off such stunts. That is when a third-party Android application comes in handy.

This app of the hour is AirScreen – AirPlay and DLNA and Chromecast. The application creates a server of its own and, with the help of Wi-Fi, mirrors the phone’s screen to Android TV.

It’s Sounds interesting? Let’s jump straight in and view how this setup of Apple’s AirPlay and the Android application works.

Note: Android TV and the iPhone need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 1: Get the Application & Start the Server

Now, Download and install the AirScreen app on your Android TV through Google Play Store App.
